well nothing so that's why I settled on buying it from amazon. In the event that your MacBook starts having issues early on, there are a few options to think about as far as repair. When it comes to MacBook Pros, they are pretty reliable machines as computers are concerned, and last quite a while if taken care of.

There are many other places to buy these of course, I think I saw one for way less than €8 on u/ but as luck would have it the country where I live happen to live has an administrative fee on all packages from Asia which itself is €7 and I'm not to keen on paying that for. The cost of MacBook Pro video card replacement can be discouraging. This is what I bought and it works like a charm. I also have a 2008 2.8 Mac Pro Quad Core with a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB. I have a 2012 3.2 ghz Mac Pro Quad Core with an ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB Video Card.

To answer your question, no it did not come with power cables for the mac pro as those are as far as I know only used by the pre-2013 mac pros and not a lot of others. I dont know much about video cards and havent even had time to look inside to see what the difference is between these two. Here is a link to the graphics card I bought and as you can see on the 2nd picture, there's a nice standard dual-link dvi connector on top of the hdmi and dp ports. I did use a dual-link dvi -> hdmi cable which worked fine, single link did however not work.
